目前我们可以对一些脂溶性药物进行包裹载药，比如有紫杉醇、多西紫杉醇、阿霉素、两性霉素B、姜黄素，伊立替康等等.

磷脂基材上 我们可以选择HSPC/CHOL/mPEG2000-DSPE等作为基材，我们也可以接受一些特殊复杂的定制服务。

Doxorubicin HCl is loaded into PEGylatedliposomes composed of HSPC/CHOL/mPEG2000-DSPE (56.2:38.5:5.3 mol/mol) withammonium gradient by the active loading approach. It is comparable to thecommercial product DOXIL®.  The liposomesare prepared to very high quality with consistent lot-lot characteristics.Narrow particle size distribution and high drug encapsulation efficiency.  Note the high drug concentration (4mg/mLcompared to 2 mg/mL for DOXIL®)  allowsthe researchers to perform experiments at higher concentration/doses.
