英文介绍：

Cy3B fluorescent dye belongs to the Cyaninefamily of synthetic polymethine dyes. It has an absorbance maximum of 559 nmand an emission maximum of 570 nm. Cyanine dyes normally are capable ofcis/trans isomerization around the polymethine, which can lead to loss offluorescence after excitation, and weaker signal. By contrast, Cy3B isconformationally locked, the dye is not subject to photo-isomerization andimproved fluorescent properties1,2. As a result, Cy3B is both extremely brightand extremely stable. Cy3B can be used to substitute in anyoligonucleotide-based application suitable for Cy3, such as TaqMan probes,Scorpion primers, Molecular Beacons, or Fluorescent In-Situ Hybridization. LikeCy3, Cy3B is most commonly paired with the dark quencher BHQ-2, as the two haveexcellent spectral overlap.

CY3B/CY5B/CY7B 可以修饰NHS、NH2、MAL、N3等活性基团代替CY3/CY5/CY7活性基团产品使用。CYB染料是CY系列染料的升级版，荧光量子产率更高结构更稳定。
