西安瑞禧生物科技有限公司可以提供一种用于肿瘤癌症细胞的光热治疗和光动力治疗的近红外荧光染料IR-825,该产品的吸收波长是810nm,发射波长是830nm,该产品的末端带有羧基COOH活性基团可以参与反应连接其他分子,这个产品的造价要低于ICG-COOH,可以广泛用于肿瘤的光热治疗。我公司制备的IR-825纯度95.4%,可以溶解在二氯甲烷、甲醇、DMF、DMSO里。

IR-825 from ruixibio is a near-infrared dye (NIR). IR-825, after encapsulated into nanoparticles may be useful for cancer photothermal and photodynamic therapy. IR-825 nanoparticles showed pH-dependent fluorescence emission and excellent near-infrared (NIR) irradiation of cancer cells targeted in vitro to provide cytotoxicity. IR-825 nanoparticles showed efficient tumor homing together with rapid renal excretion behaviors, as revealed by MR imaging and confirmed by biodistribution measurement. Notably, when irradiated with an 808 nm laser, tumors on mice with IR-825 nanoparticle injection are completely eliminated without recurrence within 60 days, demonstrating the high efficacy of photothermal therapy.
