PEG制备方法7-医用可生物降解PLGA-PEG-MAL的合成


这类共聚物的应用报道近年来越来越多。由于聚醚的存在, 使共聚物具有亲水性和柔软性,在药物控制释放中可作为表面活性剂, 微球表面修饰剂, 也可用于制备载药微球, 载药毫微球等。

目前研究得较多的为聚乙二醇2聚酯及聚乙二醇2聚氨基酸共聚物。聚乙二醇2聚酯共聚物一般用聚乙二醇与环状内酯开环共聚制备以聚乙二醇2聚乳酸共聚物的制备示例如下[ 39 ] (22) :

聚乙二醇2聚氨基酸共聚物一般用聚乙二醇胺与环状氨基酸氮酸酐开环共聚制备, 以聚乙二醇2聚苄酯谷氨酸共聚物的制备, 示例如下[ 40 ] (23) :
