PEG制备方法7-医用可生物降解PLGA-PEG-MAL的合成
这类共聚物的应用报道近年来越来越多。由于聚醚的存在, 使共聚物具有亲水性和柔软性,在药物控制释放中可作为表面活性剂, 微球表面修饰剂, 也可用于制备载药微球, 载药毫微球等。
目前研究得较多的为聚乙二醇2聚酯及聚乙二醇2聚氨基酸共聚物。聚乙二醇2聚酯共聚物一般用聚乙二醇与环状内酯开环共聚制备以聚乙二醇2聚乳酸共聚物的制备示例如下[ 39 ] (式22) :
