生物素修饰亚精胺保留多胺直链结构与正电荷特性，水溶性优良，可靶向细胞膜多胺转运体入胞，参与细胞自噬、衰老相关代谢调控。依靠生物素亲和富集技术，抓取胞内与亚精胺相互作用的靶蛋白，探究自噬调控分子机理。常用于衰老生物学、自噬通路研究、靶点 Pull-down 筛选，对比游离亚精胺验证探针生物活性。水溶液稳定性尚可，避免强碱环境，固体低温密封避光保存，是多胺代谢、药物筛选的关键生化探针。
