聚乙二醇(PEG)是一种用途较广的聚醚高分子化合物,它可应用于众多领域。PEG能够溶解于水和许多溶剂中,且该聚合物具有优异的生物相容性,在体内能溶于组织液中,能被机体迅速排除体外而不产生任何副作用,更难得的是,当把PEG和其它分子偶合时,它的许多优良性质也会随之转移到结合物中。在药物工业中聚乙二醇可用作药物辅料以提高药物的各种性能,如分散性、成膜性、润滑性,缓释性等。在新型生物材料的合成和改性中,聚乙二醇作为材料的一部分,将赋予材料新的特性和功能,如亲水性、柔性等。

Under the protection of argon, the compound and oxolane were added to a 500ml round bottom flask, and the reaction liquid was cooled to about 0 ° C in an ice bath. The crude slurry was extracted with dichloromethane (200ML × 3) , collected and combined with organic extract, washed with Sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution and 200mL water, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, after collection and concentration, the crude oil was purified by silica gel column chromatography (V (dichloromethane) : V (methanol) = 95∶5) . The yield was 68.6% .
